I wish it was possible to give Emily, Jon and the team 10 stars rather than just 5. We were having a nightmare time selling our late parent's house until we found Andrews. They suggested using the modern auction method, organised an incredible number of viewings and did everything they could to ensure that all ran smoothly. Above all, they were kind, helpful even when we were fraught and always professional. I cannot praise them enough and wish we had gone to them a year ago and saved ourselves so much stress; this team are something special and a real credit to Andrews. A very positive experience with Andrews so far during the purchase of our property. Shayla conducted our viewing initially and we were impressed with the knowledge she had to hand. She was able to answer all of our questions during the viewing, which we haven’t always found to be the case with other agents, often struggling to obtain even basic information about a property. We understand there is currently a high volume of buyers per property, and therefore appointment durations are often limited, but nonetheless, Shayla didn’t rush us and gave us plenty of time to take everything in and ask as many questions as we needed to satisfy ourselves that this property was right for us. Since our offer has been accepted, Shayla has been excellent to work with. Communication is unparalleled, and she’s been incredibly proactive with getting the sale paperwork underway from the get-go. Andrews are the best estate agent on North Street. I sold my property through them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found them very professional throughout and they kept me informed at all stages. They got me the full asking price and were extremely helpful when it came to filling out various forms and paperwork which can often feel overwhelming. Shannae and Sharron are both awesome!

We had the pleasure of being shown around properties by the amazing Shannae. Throughout our process she demonstrated she was very knowledgable about the properties, accommodating to any of our needs, most importantly she was very forthcoming and honest. One of the reasons we chose to move into our property is because of Shannae, safe in the knowledge that if we were to have any problems she would be there to help us. Thank you Shannae! I have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! Absolute disgrace

Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!
