TrustpilotI would avoid for property management
Take their money and do nothing. Communal areas complete filth and outside areas falling apart. Do not come back to you, just ignore. My opinion is avoid like the plague for property management.Little update: Andrews advise the rats, maggots, filth, weeds, broken fencing, communal area being cleaned only once in the past year etc… are a result of the contract they are bound by and the buildings Directors not them. Not sure if that effects the rating as Andrews did sign up to these terms but you can make your own mind up.

Andrews can only take actions as agreed with those Directors and within the budget set. Dreadful service, awfully slow, negligent, understaffed and overpricedNo one ever picks up when you call, or responds to your voicemails. They take weeks to respond to emails, and MONTHS for simple problems to be solved, after dozens of emails, phone calls and broken promises. Excuses constantly given such as lack of staff, but they seem to make no effort to fix this their end. So why should we have to pay the normal rate for an understaffed service? We've been through 3 property managers, none of whom ever have the time to deal with our problems. There is a total lack of communication between the staff and logged, recorded issues get lost time and time again.But when there is a mix up with the landlord's paying for an extra set of keys, then they are instantly hassling you via threatening emails (sent out of working hours) demanding money that you don't owe!Our flat has had problem after problem ignored. They really don't care.
