I would like to thank all the staff at Robinson Michael & Jackson strood branch for all their help and support in the house sale, from the first visit of valuation to completion. When ever i had a problem they always had time to listen and came up with solutions to help whether it was a call to branch or me visiting them. They say that selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences but this just wasn't the case on this occasion. My husband and I recently decided to sell a home and a family friend suggested we use Robinson Michael & Jackson. We had no idea what we were doing quite honestly but from the moment we met with staff from the estate agents we felt reassured. We had a lot of questions and no question felt too stupid. We were kept in the loop the entire time and made this experience so easy. We sold our house within a couple of weeks of it being on the market and everything was so smooth. Absolutely recommend buying, selling or whatever property needs you have to use RM&J. Thank you!

Ah where do we start!!! From Callum showing us around the property to Tammy securing our offer being accepted. We’ve had nothing but an exceptional service from all of the staff in the branch! Michelle always kept us informed and even informed us on information our solicitor hadn’t been sharing so we were able to chase and always be aware of where we were with our purchase! If it wasn’t for all of the wonderful staff, Jade and Michelle particularly, purchasing our first home would not have been so easy!! Our purchase progressed within 8 weeks which was just amazing!! Big up all of the team at the Strood branch! So helpful, always able to speak/email when needed and just amazing! Can’t praise them enough. Thank you all xxx

The whole team at Strood are very friendly and professional. They helped us all the way through the buying process and as first time buyers we had lots of questions which they were always happy to answer. Very helpful when we were looking for properties as well, got phone calls as soon as a property went on the market that they thought we would be interested in. We also got recommendations for a mortgage advisor and solicitor and after looking around we decided to used both recommendations. Thanks to the whole team for helping us buy our first property.

One of the best estate agents I've used. Offered a competitive fee and after being on the market for months with a previous estate agents, RMJ had my house sold within weeks at a good price for the market. From then on Michelle took over and gave a stellar service guiding us through the selling process and even kept up with our purchase too. We were well informed throughout and as a very anxious person, it helped knowing that at least someone was on top of everything! Can't recommend RMJ enough.
