GoogleCharley and lately Jade (in Charley’s absence) have been a credit to RM&J. I would like to compliment Charley on her professionalism and quick responses to our queries plus today Jade (in Charley’s absence) who has stepped up to the plate and kept us fully informed during what has been a stressful day. They both deserve recognition and are a credit to your branch.

FacebookWhere do we start with the service they provided? Minimal contact throughout the whole process, the most unprofessional emails received (children could type them better). On the day of completion we received no phone calls even though the day before we asked them to be updating us on the day, after all that’s what you pay for isn’t it? No involvement what so ever in the hand over of keys and we were left until 8pm waiting for keys when the transaction went through before midday. And still no contact?! You have been the biggest let down and our sale was made very easy for you considering you didn’t even have to market it. Disappointed is an understatement.
