FacebookAwful customer service from Haart staff, enquired about a property for sale the agent assumed I was a first time buyer which is incorrect, assumed I won’t purchase the property for sale due to it needing complete refurb also incorrect, assumed I wasn’t in a position to buy also incorrect. I think your staff need customer service training & some manners. Laughing at potential clients is not the way to treat them.

GoogleEven though I didn’t end up finding through haart I found Gregg very helpful while Iooking for a house. He kept in contact regularly and made being a first time buyer a whole lot easier! He was always there to answer any questions I had.

GoogleEveryone was very friendly and helpful. It was mine and my partners' first time renting a property and everyone at Haart was there to guide us through every step. We had Jack and Keely dealing with our property and they were more than happy to answer any and all questions that we had. In addition, having moved into the property, the line of communication is still very open. I would highly recommend their services.

Googleits has been more than 6 days now i signed agreement with this agent but still cannt move into the house. The gas cooker is not functioning, the hot water is not running, the bath tube is leaking, radiator not working, wash hand basin is leaking. All these are not revealed to me until i signed the agreement. Only God knows what am still yet to discover about the house. Fingers crossed🤔
