FacebookHello, thought I'd post on here about my recent experiences with you. It's been hard work quite honestly, your communication skills need some work.
We have registered with you as we're ready to move with an offer on our property, so in theory I thought you'd phone me with anything new you have, but no, one that fits our criteria was on rightmove when I found it. Tried to contact you via rightmove and went through to your "concierge" service. Why I can't just go direct through to the relevant branch is a mystery. Viewed property, you called me for feedback on Monday but I was at work so couldn't answer. I called you back and was told I'd be phoned back. We're now almost into Thursday and nothing. Chased today, but still no call back.
I'm potentially looking to offer on the property but I can't if you won't speak to me. I'm looking at another on Friday and if that's suitable I'll offer on that instead, with another agent.
A lot of the properties on with you seem to take ages to sell and my experience as a buyer points to why this is, plus some rather optimistic pricing on some too (I can give examples for this too).
As someone that works in sales my priority is always calling my customers back when they phone, perhaps you'd like to try this at some point?!
