GoogleTerrible experience with the Strood Branch. They called 40 minutes before the appointment and cancelled. Said that one of the people couldn't attend and assumed that it would be ok to rebook. They wouldn't have been impressed if we'd cancelled 40 minutes before they were due.

GooglePut an offer in on a house that I knew had a slim chance of being accepted. They wanted me to come in and do an ID check before submitting it to the vendor. Given I live around an hour away from their nearest offices this seems like a stupid policy considering the offer was going to be rejected anyways.
