GoogleAfter having some unpleasant experiences with other estate agents, we felt that Billie-Jane from haart came at the exact right time when we needed some good news. Not only did we fall in love with one of their advertised properties instantly, we also felt looked after by Billie in the best way possible. She happily answered all our questions and was honest with us as well. Honesty wasn’t something we had come across with the other estate agents we had been dealing with. The viewing was arranged super fast and Billie made us feel at ease. She kept all her promises and works very efficiently. We recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house without the feeling of being taken for a ride.

GoogleIm not a Karen... and i write this review with sadness but i'm mot a happy bunny, due to the fact I moved into a property with an inventory listing white goods as part of the propertyand not stated that the goods were left by previous tenant and not L.L responsibility. When the washing mashing packet up last month with washing inside I was told I have to replace it at my own cost.

GoogleVery terrible service and deceitful team. My hubby and I viewed a property, we really liked it and showed interest and was told they would get back to us first thing Monday morning as we viewed the property on a Fri afternoon. Was then contacted by by Megan on Saturday saying, its looking good for us and most likely would get it. Was really excited. She then sent me an email asking me to leave a review. I totally forgot. Got a text next day (SUNDAY) pressuring and confirming if I have done it. My hubby thought it was corny and suspicious but I didnt. Did it anyways. Monday morning, got a text from her saying she Wld chase the landlord and get bk to me asap. That was the last I literally heard directly from her, cause every time I called asking for Megan. She was either on lunch break or in a meeting or day off, not to forget I called HAARTS every day that week for an update. I then told a friend to call HAARTS to ask if the property was available and they said yes. I then called HAARTS, as usual Megan cleft wasn't available, spoke to Hayley and said the landlord was still thinking about it and might not want kids in his home. It was distraughting, as I started thinking all sorts, was it my race(I'm black by the way), was I rude etc still confused till date. She still had the guts to text me few days after saying shes chasing it after her colleague (Hayley) had told me what may have been a lie too, who knows . Just checked your move and they have LET the house So yes, I really had a very terrible experience. I get it when you don't get a property you wish as there might be others who also viewed and liked, probably willing to pay higher than the agreed rent, but the fact dat I was lead on and deceived is upsetting. it's a 3 bed property and not for once was it written on rightmove indicating that the landlord wouldn't want kids. Please Use other estate agencies instead

GoogleI fully recommend using Haart for any service they offer. After much research for a letting agent, I settled to go with Haart after visiting their branch and being made to feel very welcome. All their staff are very friendly and the facilities are of the highest quality. Recent conversations with Haart, mainly Sophie, have always been welcoming and almost made to feel like part of the Haart family and Sophie has always been very helpful with any queries I have had. Professional & trusting. Staff are always helpful, friendly and smart. The services Haart offer are fair and well presented, which makes every process they offer easy and understandable.

GoogleWe used a few agents & found Haart the most professional, freiendly & “Did what they said they would do” not like some of the other agents. We had some challenging requirements but they met them all. Megan, Keely & Jack where the 3 we spoke to most but there backroom staff where also great. Great photos & went on all online sites within 2 days of visit to take photo’s. Definitely recommend them for Rental & Sales, all deserve a Pay Rise..😉👍👍🍾🍾
