GoogleI recently had a leakage in a property I live in. I sent an email to the property management team. Kanrunveer Thandi responded swiftly to my message and contacted me to arrange for a plumber to fix the leakage. I was very pleased with his service and he was very professional in solving the problem. He followed up the next day with a phone call after the plumber had visited the property to check if the problem had been fixed. Excellent client service and I am happy to be living in a property managed by Haart.

GoogleHaving completed on my first time buy last friday i am glad to say my first experience of using a dreaded "estate agent" could not be further from that old stereotype. From the point where registered my details with a kind & friendly lady called Donna, she was constantly sending me the new properties in the areas that i had told her i was looking as they came onto the market with haart. She also went out of her way to arrange me "out of hours" viewings which helped as i work til late! When i eventually found the one i wanted Ryan was really helpful in dealing with my offer, he was very clear and concise with me letting me know how the vendors felt about each negotiation even though he couldnt tell me what to offer. Once i got an accepted offer he seemed even more excited than i was that i'd finally purchased my first home! He was also very helpful in helping my understand my survey when it came back and what it meant. The whole team i found to be polite, courteous & most of all they let me know what was going on at each stage, which is crucial when the stress of solictiors and removals starts to sink in! When i come to buy again, it will definately be haart's properties i scroll through first!!

GoogleI have just purchased a house via Haart (Medway) and the service received by the team has been nothing short of exceptional. We viewed the house with Rosie, who was very prompt and helpful with any questions that we had. Once our offer was accepted, we were looked after by Liz who has been an absolute star, and honestly couldn't do enough for us. Even at times when things haven't gone to plan (solicitors etc), she has gone the extra mile and made sure what was meant to happen, happenned. GoogleThe worst agency ever I dealt with. We met the owners who was selling the house and they were very keen with us as we did not have chain and was ready for quick buy. I received a call today waiting for update for 2 days just to find out our offer was rejected and they could not tell me why. Greg on the phone was saying that it is not necessary the price and that they are looking in other factors to be fare to everyone. So he could not confirm there a higher offer and I wanted to know why so I know next time in what position we are and what was wrong. However he start to say that I stop questioning their integrity and that they are looking after their clients interest. Excuse me, but what about me. I am registered with you to find me my dream home but I am not classed as a client as I am not paying a fee. What kind of customer service is that. The worst experience ever!

FacebookThis estate agent is disgraceful- viewed a property yesterday with my daughter met the agent Megan she said it was a long term let as advertised, it fitted our criteria perfectly, all our family live nearby, right opposite her sons nursery, so Megan knew we were very keen to secure- what she didn’t tell us was that the landlord intended on reducing the property size by building a house next door turning a semi detached into a terraced, so losing half the garden and the drive !!! They even let us pay the £273 holding - do not trust what these agents show you

Although we ultimately decided not to let the property, we found Jack to be highly courteous, considerate and personable, and he was extremely helpful throughout - a model professional and someone with whom we would have been very happy to have done business, should we have ultimately decided that letting our property was the right option for us.
