GoogleChloe was exceptionally good at providing support prior to my property going on the market, enabling me to get a firmer idea of my needs. She worked within my timeframe and organised viewings within my remit of timings and pet safety, especially as I was out of the property for viewings due to Covid19. The property sold quickly and at a good price. All staff in the office have been very good at dealing with my enquiries as an anxious seller/buyer. Can’t fault them. Thank you all!

GoogleChris was brilliant at arranging a viewing for myself and my partner. We were contacted early next day and an offer was made. By Midday offers were accepted! For something that is usually a nervous time with waiting around for an answer seemed so much easier than anticipated.

She was bubbly and enthusiastic and believed she could sell it very quickly without me having to do any of the work I had envisaged She and her colleagues Chloe & Lucy have worked tirelessly and have found me a buyer in just 1 week. GoogleSo far, so good. Very impressed with the speed and ease of the process so far. I have been dealing with Catherine Tancock. She booked me in for a viewing, was very informative and on the ball. I offered on the house and after a bit of pro-active negotiating on the vendor's behalf she got me up to an agreeable price for all parties. This was done within the space of an afternoon. She recommended the inhouse broker for the mortgage and recommended a solicitor. Their broker, Kate so far seems knowledgeable and I think will be able to get us a good deal. The solicitor has been quick to respond and at a fair price. It is early days but I am impressed with the process up until this point. I will obviously update the review should this change!
