GoogleRight from the start , when Chloe came to value the house she was very informative about the whole process of selling our house and what would best options for us, Kathrine and Lucy worked hard to get as many people through the door as possible over the few weeks to find us a buyer, Lauren’s great negotiating skills got us the sale , the whole team have been so helpful and lovely, big thank you for all your hard work !

GoogleSo far, so good. Very impressed with the speed and ease of the process so far. I have been dealing with Catherine Tancock. She booked me in for a viewing, was very informative and on the ball. I offered on the house and after a bit of pro-active negotiating on the vendor's behalf she got me up to an agreeable price for all parties. This was done within the space of an afternoon. She recommended the inhouse broker for the mortgage and recommended a solicitor. Their broker, Kate so far seems knowledgeable and I think will be able to get us a good deal. The solicitor has been quick to respond and at a fair price. It is early days but I am impressed with the process up until this point. I will obviously update the review should this change! GoogleMe and my husband are in the process of buying our first property. Overall, from the beginning everything went all and everyone been so helpful. Catherine Tancock Was our first contact and she explained everything about the buying process and about the house, also about the street and the town as we live somewhere else. She was very nice and although was out first view, because of her good reviews ( and the pretty house 😂) we ended up buying our first ever saw house .PositiveQuality

GoogleWe have used lauren at haarts stratton to sell our last two houses and wouldnt use anyone else now. Not only does she deal with any queries you have immediately, she also keeps you informed throughout the whole process which has been very reassuring in these uncertain times. Their charges are very fair a lot cheaper than a lot of other agents out there and they have an excellent team including conveyancing and mortage advise so you really dont need to look elsewhere!
