Recently used Haart estate agents to sell a property. Have found them to be very professional with nothing being too much trouble. Our initial contact with Nick who came out to value the property was excellent. We’ve then been dealing with Ben Witts as the sales coordinator. He has been excellent. Nothing too much trouble and has gone out of his way to solve any issues that arose. Always arrived on time, very courteous and helpful. With his help property had a buyer within a week. Cannot recommend the service enough.

I called the number from Haart Estate Agents and it was Ben Witts who picked up the phone and helped me with all the required information, even to booking the appointment and viewing it with me together with my mum as well giving the best knowledge of the property and able to process the paperwork very quickly in a couple of hours. Met an absolutely fantastic estate agent this week, Ben Witt... such a pleasure to deal with! He was funny, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the property, which made viewing it even more interesting. He was more than happy to let me take my time looking around and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Buying a house is a huge decision, so having someone who was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to deal with made such a difference. He answered all my questions, shared lots of interesting information about the property and even managed to make me laugh along the way! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Haart Estate Agents (Stratton St Margaret) during my house search. Chloe was friendly, helpful and quickly booked in the houses I requested a viewing on within a couple of hours. On the day of the viewings, due to some diary changes on my side, I requested a couple of viewing time changes and Lucy went over and above to make the new timings work and was very engaging, professional and a joy to review houses with.
