Yesterday I viewed a property in upper Stratton, my first house viewing since last year! On arrival I met Chris Roberts who showed me the property. Before meeting Chris at the property I had spoken to him on the phone, being my first property I hadn’t met or even spoken to an estate agent for a long time and my last dealing with an estate agent wasn’t great. I felt as though he just wasn’t interested. It was quite nerve racking as a lot of money was at stake (In my situation anyway) Chris was so brilliant on the phone, softly spoken, very calm, dealt with all my needs and took all of my requirements into consideration. I knew he was a person that I would like, get along with and I felt that he would try his upmost to find me a nice property. So, I met Chris at the property, he was on time, dressed well and very presentable. The house was lovely and I ended up making an offer and getting it! Chris was brilliant, I can’t talk of him highly enough. He is a great asset to the team at haart.

My first time selling a home was a breeze with Haart, from our valuation with Steve to getting the keys to our new home. Someone was always on hand to answer any questions I had ( I had ALOT) Chris Roberts was my main contact... the most patient man EVER. Always took the time to explain things to me and reassure me when I was worried about the unknown, and all importantly called back when promised :-) Chris is a down to earth, knowledgeable man who is very easy to talk to. I would totally recommend Haart Stratton to anyone looking to buy or sell. Should I ever move house again I will be using Haart :-)

I have only pleasant words to say about the fantastic experience i have had with Christopher Roberts, Adam Holman and Lianna Tilley. They have all helped massively with the purchase and mortgage arrangements for my new home. The Haart team did everything for me, making contacting them so easy and to be honest i never needed to worry about calling anyone as they would constantly provide me with updates. I would STRONGLY recommend going to see Christopher Roberts if you were looking for a new home. Lianna Tilley was EXCEPTIONAL with all my requirements, paperwork and was a pure delight to deal with her and her team.

I was the main point of contact in the sell of my Mothers house and from the first introduction on meeting Chris both my mother and I felt at ease with him. Having instructed them initially as one of four agents on a multi agent deal I quickly realised they were the ones doing the ground work, generating the leads and following things up to get things going. As a first time buyer, the whole process was meant to be overwhelming… right?. Wrong!! Thanks to Haart I had no issues, no stress at all. I was well informed, and all my questions were answered with lots of detail, more so if they didn't know the answer, they would get back to me rather than telling me some BS!!. I could call the team up at any time and someone would be there to answer my questions, or i could even pop into the branch. The whole process took 3 months which I thought was very reasonable and met my personal goal of moving in before January 2017. I also used their mortgage broker services “Just Mortgage”. Lianna and Adam were both very helpful and friendly. They run me through all my options which save in over £1000 by using nationwide rather than NatWest due to their mortgage deal at the time, they could find any information I needed, make inquiries on my behalf which was very useful due to the rolling shift pattern I work. They also witnessed all my paperwork, filled in all the forms. I literally just had to sign the bit paper and everything else would be taken care off by them. I also used their recommended solicitors “convey law”, once they started (there was about a 2 week delay it felt like after the money was transferred over). all the information provided was very detailed; paper copies were sent of everything with a cover letter so I knew what I had to do (if there were forms included), they could be considered to be slow but I didn't mind that because I wanted to make sure all the bases were covered even if I thought some inquiries seemed to be unnecessary. Just so I don’t end up with a massive bill as soon as I move into the property. ********** Also as a heads up I would double the estimated legal fees sum provided by just mortgages, and the estimated cost from the paperwork provided by convey law stater pack. Just so you don’t get caught out because they add up quick and most of them tend to be doubled when compared to the estimated cost. ********** In terms of Haart and all the other services which you could end up using, I would highly recommend this estate agents if you’re looking for a property in the area.

My wife and I have been searching for a property and now have found one, unfortunately not with Haart. We did however feel we had to give feedback for the service we received from Chris, Chris was a great advert to your business and after seeing a fair few estate agents we actually felt bad not to buy a house through him. Chris gave us all the information we required and then allowed us to look around and discuss the property between ourselves and was a pleasure to deal with, he may have been the only estate agent we dealt with that seemed like a friend and not someone who was just looking for commission from us. He was always on time and we always got a follow up call the next day with other option and that is a service we saw from very through others. In the future if we decide to move on Haart will most likely be the first estate we think of. A true asset to your company.

First time buyers and it was easier than I thought it would be. Our agent Christopher Roberts was superb from start to finish. The first time we met Chris was at a house viewing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would answer any questions we had, if he didn't know the answer he reassured us that he'd find out which he did. Chris made it very easy for us once we had an offer accepted on a property. Throughout the whole process Chris has always kept us updated with how the process was going. What a great experience with Haart! After viewing what seemed like a lot of properties with some other local estate agents that we weren't very impressed with and getting no where, we were so glad to find Haart. Chris at Haart was very friendly, knowledgeable about the property and was also very interested in finding out more about what we wanted in our first house. We were booked in to view the property very efficiently and they accommodated viewing times around our working hours without a problem. As first time buyers everything was explained to us very clearly, and we weren't bombarded with information or paperwork/emails. Properties weren't 'pushed on us' and they took the time to find out why a house wasn't right for us and what we'd be looking for for the next property. We actually went with the first property we viewed and the transaction was almost seamless and we were moved in in just over 2 months. Chris was an absolute star, along with the other staff in the office, and I couldn't recommend them enough. If we were to ever sell this property in the future we know who we'd go to. Thanks for making our first house purchase so simple.
