GoogleAt a time where the market has been slow and things could have been stressful, selling my home in Stratton could not have been more straight forward. I got a great price for my house, sold quickly to a well found buyer and the communication from everyone at Haart was fantastic from start to finish. I agree with what others have said; everyone has been professional, friendly and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have always felt like they’ve had our best interests at heart and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future. The whole team were absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend or thank them enough!

GoogleI am Currently looking for my next house and even though I’m not using Haarts as my own estate agent they have been fantastic at calling me with potential properties - Lucy in particular has been excellent at keeping me up to date with all the new properties coming on the market!! Great service and always polite they really are pro active and a great estate agent.

GoogleI would not recommend for selling your house, from a selling perspective we have had two valuations booked where no one has turned up. We had told three seperate people the times we could accept calls between due to work commitments and not one single person took the information and either passed it on or applied it. From a buying point of view, we tried for a week to get hold of someone to book a viewing on two houses. By the time we eventually got hold of someone the weekend was booked up for availability. If it is that difficult to book a viewing you would be missing a fair few potential buyers. Apparently one of the houses was sold that we wanted to see, they said this was sold through a different estate agent, however it is still not updated on their website a week later? We have one viewing booked for this weekend, we can only hope there are some redeeming qualities on this viewing because it has been truly terrible service so far.

GoogleWhilst I didn't actually purchase a house via Heart, I must say Chloe, our appointed agent, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We at, last minute wanted to view a property much earlier than the agreed time and she went out of her way to accommodate. She knew alot about the property, the area and the internal house specifics too, we didn't feel rushed and were allowed to take our time and ask questions. I have dealt with another agency (not Haart) of very recent and actually withdrew our offer with them, due to their lack of professionalism. Would have no issues recommending Chloe, who I would say could teach some of the older, more experienced agents a thing or two. Thanks, Chris.

GoogleWow what can I say! After being with other agents for 10 weeks with not one viewing, we had almost given up any hope of ever selling our house and finding our dream home. Within a week of being with haart Stratton we had 2 viewings! One of which has offered us the asking price! I cannot praise Matt, Lauren and Izzy enough! Also Katy who is sorting our mortgage for us. So professional but so friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble and each of them a pleasure to talk to. If only we had used them at the start! I would highly recommend them if you want results. Thank you guys it’s been a pleasure!
