Our property went on the market and sold immediately after the first viewing for the full asking price, which we were really pleased with. Emma at the Stratford Branch was very knowledgeable and was in regular contact with us, even outside of working hours on occasion. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for Conveyancing Connect who we were referred to by the agents to take care of the legal aspect of the sale. If it weren’t for the updates that we received from Emma we would have been almost completely in the dark. The lawyers failed to take or return our calls and we found them to be generally not very helpful. If I were to use R A Bennett & Partners again I would be sure to find my own local Solicitor

Sadly, our experience was not great, from start to finish the attitude of staff was disinterest, even when the rental property was dirty on the day we were handed the keys, on the day we left it was thoroughly examined??! Repairs were very slow and we still had a considerable amount of rain coming in after a year of reporting it. There didn’t seem to be any communication as we were asked for the same information by different people. As a rule I am pretty patient but the service we received really made me angry on more than one occasion.The final insult was a four week wait for the return of our deposit despite the property inspection report being prompt and all OK.

Avoid this company at all costs. Amey Taylor- Radmore is supposedly their lettings manager. She is a liar, a bully and I wouldn't trust her to help someone cross the road. They have stolen my personal belongings and will not allow me access to get to them. they stole and destroyed a legal document of mine. Amey has continually lied and is clearly teaching the other members of her staff to do the same.IF YOU WANT TO RENT OR HAVE A PROPERTY TO LET OUT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Let's put it down to it being a bad day........

Called today and spoke to Emma regarding the property we bought through them last year.......lots and lots of issues (new build). I felt the phone call was going well, I asked my partner for his mobile number to pass to Emma but she told me she 'didn't like my tone' (tones a funny thing, unless you know someone well you cannot asses if a tone is off or normal for that person,I do know unless someone is being rude, its extremely unprofessional to comment on it ) I said 'fine, I'm coming to the office now, see you in a minute', Emma then called the police. So unfortunately my experience with this company is you can't talk over the phone and you can't see them in person and they also sell poorly built homes. I've asked for the recordings of our phone calls too. I don't recommend this company at all for various reasons.........although we have now had a good giggle at Emma's expense! Sorry Emma 😂😂

After a particularly stressful life event, Freya was the first person I dealt with during my search for my first rental property. She was so warm and welcoming during the viewing and was incredibly knowledgeable. She has been fantastic throughout the entire process. I wanted to leave a separate review for Megan but I’m clearly not technologically gifted enough for that. After the viewing and completing the paperwork is when I was introduced to Megan. I interacted with her mostly throughout the latter stages of the application, it got immensely stressful at times but her responses were quick and reassuring. She kept on top of us to make sure nothing was missed and that I could get into the house when originally planned. It took some time but we got there and I’m so happy in my first home. Thank you so much to Freya and Megan for making a nervous time so much easier.
