Tried ringing the Stratford branch and…

Tried ringing the Stratford branch and left multiple voicemails never got back to us. Rang another branch who we then booked a viewing for a property on Saturday 7th March at 12:15. We waited & no one showed up. Tried calling but could not get through. Have gone to find the property to make sure we were in the right place to then discover it has actually sold. Not sure why we had been booked in for a viewing or was not told that the property had been sold so the viewing was cancelled. Not the best customer service & would not recommend using them.

My husband and I have been living in Wales for several years and decided to move back to Warwickshire to be nearer family. My daughter found an ideal flat in a retirement complex and contacted your agency. Michael has been extremely efficient in dealing with the rental. Keeping us updated and resolving possible challenges. He arranged for us to meet with the manager of a similar complex in our home town to save us the journey to Wellesbourne. He is our new best friend.

We had an excellent experience searching for a place to rent, Chloe was extremely helpful and always quick to answer any questions we might have. When someone beat us our favourite flat to rent, Chloe kept us in the loop about other options as they came up and when the let fell through she went the extra mile in reaching out to us before putting it back out for viewings, which we really appreciated as it gave us a second chance at a place we are very excited to call our home. The team have been great. Krystle O'Brien has been a fantastic mortgage broker. She has been there for us from start to finish. Checking up on us and helping us switch companies half way through when a better mortgage became available to us. Absolute star 2 years ago I bought my house through R A Bennett's. And I have just sold my house through them. Emma, Russell and Annette have done a fabulous job from beautiful photos to expert showings. I hope all my home purchases and sales to go through them as they have been so reliable and professional in the proceedings.

Dal Bains. Absolutely amazing and helpful. He managed to help me and my fiance sort most of the paperwork needed in just 1 day (but very difficult day, trust me). He spent lots of time updating us and helping. He even stayed over 1h longer on his shift just to make sure everything went through. His help is really apperciated. Currently viewing a lot of properties. Appointment to view a property with R A Bennett. Met punctually with a warm welcome by Trainee negotiator Maya from the Dursley office. Maya handed me a set of particulars (the only negotiator to have details ready to give to me on viewing from the 4 properties that I had viewed that week with other agents). Big plus. All questions that I asked were either answered from notes at hand or written down for the information to be relayed to me later. The appointment was unhurried. A few key features highlighted without being too verbose or over the top. That evening I received an email with clear answers to questions that I had asked such as general running costs, who owned and was responsible for which boundary. Excellent service and a diligent member of staff.

Although R. A. Bennett were not instructed by me but were handling the Sale of the property I was purchasing, Emma Franklin was totally fantastic! The estate agent handling my Sale disappeared shortly after my Sale was agreed and Emma became the linch pin between my Sale and Purchase. Having moved a number of times I’ve become skeptical with estate agents. Using R A Bennett’s was the best thing I could have done. They were professional and courteous, the whole team knew what was going on with both the sale and purchase. Calls were always answered and if not available I would be called back the same day. Customer service we received from Emma, Russell and Vanessa was simply outstanding. We were kept informed throughout the process and had regular catch ups. The team were always available to talk to whenever I needed to discuss anything. We had a bit of a bumpy ride losing 2 buyers right before the exchange of contract, but the guys resumed active marketing of our property immediately and organised viewings pretty much straight away. We never had to chase feedback, which was great. Emma especially went above and beyond helping us out with negotiating a purchase of our next house and providing very useful advice along the way. She has kept in touch with me regularly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Emma and the team have made this extremely stressful process a lot more bearable. I dealt with Michael and I have to say he went above and beyond to secure a rental property for me and my dog at short notice. I was overseas at the time and trying to get home amidst pandemic rules and regulations and time was of the essence. Michael’s communication was excellent. R.A.Bennett were not our estate agents we sold with. However, in the end they offered us more support than the estate agents that we used. Emma Franklin was so proactive in the sale if she had not continuously stepped up when she did we would not be moving. No stone was left unturned . She drove the whole sale through to exchange to make it happen, as the conveyancee firm we used nearly derailed the whole sale....shout out to Russel as well.

Basically I will never use their services again. It all started very good and everything went great until the house sold. After the house sold, it felt like Emma was working for the people buying my house instead of me. Instead of making my life easier she became a nuisance during the selling process.
