GoogleA big thank you to Katie Tucker, Property Management at Hamptons for her friendly and efficient service. We had a few issues from the start with the rental property, including hot water/central heating problems. Katie was very quick to sort them out for us. The Property Management team at Hamptons in Stratford upon Avon were very helpful and caring when we were searching for a rental property. Their support was appreciated.

GooglePaul, Jacob and Sara proved exemplary in their knowledge of potential purchasers, their particular requirements, and how our home could meet these. Their commitment and diligence secured half a dozen asking price offers. In addition, together with Sharon, they showed immense understanding in helping us in our quest to find a specific and unusual kind of property to buy. We are delighted that we chose Hamptons as we now know we couldn't have achieved our objectives with both purchase and sale without them.

GoogleUsed the Stratford-upon-Avon branch for both our sale and purchase, and received a fantastic service throughout the process. Paul was invaluable in securing a deal that worked for all parties, despite the hiccup of the collapse of our first sale, and Jacob worked tirelessly prodding and pushing the transactions over the finish line. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

But - they worked tirelessly and positively to find and secure the right rental in a very short time period.

GoogleThere are many complaints these days of estate agents being poor value for money, I disagree, assuming you get the right agent. Paul and Olivia at Hamptons in Stratford went way beyond the call of duty in making sure our sale went through in what were extremely challenging circumstances. I was happy to pay the bill and would have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons.

We had a few problems at our home just after we moved in however, Katie was friendly, efficient and responded promptly each time. The issues we had were rectified quickly by the contractors.
