GoogleWe couldn't recommend our experience with Hamptons - Stratford-upon-Avon enough. We have relocated from Australia and it was their proactive approach that made our move possible. From first meeting Sharon she was responsive, professional and just got it. Our dealings with Anna and others in different branches have also been 10/10. GoogleDuring a very long and stressful protracted period, involving court proceedings and legal negotiations with a long estranged narcissistic family member, Hamptons were nothing but professional and supportive through the entire process. I will never be able to thank them enough for their assistance and guidance through what turned out to be an extremely traumatic period ending in a successful sale.

GoogleWe are a New Build developer based in the West Midlands. We have recently let two of our large, high-value properties through Hamptons. We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism that Hamptons offered. Hamptons arranged for us to meet the tenants via video chat, carried out all relevant checks and prepared all the necessary documents to enable the tenants to move in quickly. The online portal for rentals is excellent and includes all documents and information for each property, so, if and when needed, it is easy to access and in an organised format, which is invaluable for a busy business. We have been incredibly pleased with the thorough and hassle-free service provided by Hamptons and would not hesitate to use them again.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleFantastic service from Jacob at Hamptons Stratford-upon-Avon. We had a rather protracted conveyancing and Jacobs support and pro-activity really helped to complete our purchase. I'd highly recommend Jacob, Paul and rest of the Hamptons Stratford-upon-Avon team.

GoogleWe recently moved into a house in Warwick that was sold via Hamptons. Our main contact was Sara, who was very professional and proactive, dealing quickly with any queries and pushing their client to allow us to move in good time for Christmas which was wonderful. I'd highly recommend them.

GoogleWe can highly recommend Hamptons as a rental agency and we found the service to be extremely professional from Katie Tucker. She replies to our emails quickly and keeps us updated throughout remedial issues. Our only minor niggle is the fees at the start of the contact, which as we all know have been scrapped but it was very expensive compared to others, but the service does reflect this and we couldn't be happier.

Renae quickly found me a really great property; the rental process so far has genuinely been smooth and easy. I have lots of confidence going forward being with Hamptons whilst I rent this property.

GoogleWe have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! The team are helpful in getting jobs booked quickly so I can complete the works required. Any questions I have or queries on jobs Katie tucker is brillant at getting the answers back to me.

Having accepted an offer, this is where they really excelled with Olivia relentlessly communicating with all parties along the chain to understand what issues there might be, suggesting solutions and keeping us informed throughout.
