GoogleJade helped us find our dream apartment in the heart of Stratford. I was skeptical about moving and around Christmas time too however she made the entire process extremely smooth and reassured us at any given point. We have been living in our new home for around a month now and it’s perfect. We 100% would recommend speaking with Jade if you’re on the look out for a lovely place in Stratford and its surrounding areas. An extremely down to earth, funny and charismatic estate agent - who wasn’t looking to push us into placing an offer - which is hard to come by these days. Thanks Jade Morgan and the team :)

GoogleReally great experience, having sold and bought through Connells. We missed out on a couple of properties due to market competitiveness at the start of our search but Ryan and the team helped us to secure an even better property. We used Taran and the in house mortgage service too which was really helpful. Want to say a big thank you to Jade and Megan who were really supportive when we had to deal with complex issues and chase solicitors to get our house move over the line.

GoogleI would certainly avoid using this agent if you are planning to sell or purchase a property. We had an offer accepted on a property 9 months ago and have just had to pull out of the transaction. Poor to no communication from the estate agent, clearly not interested in managing the sales process between buyer, seller and solicitors. Been chasing for a month for an update on delays/no communication from sellers solicitor - eventually advised they are also unable to contact the seller (who knows how hard they tried?). Unfortunately the delays and lack of any communication caused us to pull out of the transaction, unable to get hold of via phone sent an email to branch with our concerns and reasoning to withdraw our offer - not even an acknowledgment or reply! Sums up this office.

Firstly Leigh is a genuinely nice bloke, easy going, friendly and punctual while maintaining a professional working relationship. He dumbed the mortgage advice he gave us down to our level, but not once became patronising which I think is a very tricky skill, especially when you're a subject matter expert. GoogleExcellent service from Connells Stratford! Firstly from Tim selling our property, he was very enthusiastic and seemed confident in his valuation. He sold the property after 4 viewings for a figure very close to his estimate. After an excellent experience selling, we decided to use Leigh as our mortgage broker. I had already spent days researching mortgages and honestly thought we knew the best deals on the market. Leigh not only beat these deals, he did all of the time consuming paperwork for us. He responded quickly to phone calls and reassured us that he would help us raise the funds required. We unfortunately hit some hurdles buying our new property, these were no fault of Connells whatsoever. However Leigh was quick to help us resolve the issue and sped up the process considerably. The experience also highlighted to us how much smoother our sale with Connells went, compared to the Purchase with one of their competitors. I would highly recommend both Tim and Leigh, they are worth every penny. Thank you!

Mr. Leigh Eastham who has now been looking after us for over 4 years is the most amazing, very informative, and generally honest person we have ever dealt with/known. He is always friendly, approachable and very responsive and proactive throughout our house purchase/ furthermore renewing our existing mortgage. My husband and I purchased and moved into our first house together in 2015 through Connels in Stratford Upon Avon office and we couldn’t recommend Leigh highly enough. Fantastic thorough service, will definitely recommend to anyone. We returned back to Leigh two years later to renew our mortgage and would certainly come and see Leigh again in 2021. Leigh was always available to answer any questions we had (no matter how silly or small they were!) and overall we received a fantastic and friendly service from Leigh. Thank you.
