GoogleConnells has been a massive help to my home hunt. All of the agents have communicated with respect and expediency, and manage a host of quality flats to choose from. I found my dream home with this company and have assisted me along the way with their property management platform and correspondences. One of the agents, Millie, has been very helpful whilst I was travelling to and from my previous residence to set everything up.

GoogleAtrocious service! The lettings agent didn't even show us around, just sat on his phone whilst we guessed. I put an offer in and there was some back and fourth with another, I chased three times and was told I would get feedback and then I saw the property was let agreed and still no feedback. A courtesy email is all it takes to provide good customer service. Kinda glad to not be renting via Connells

Our house is a Park home which are not easy to sell, so took a while in a difficult market, but we have now sold and are delighted. GoogleFaiz at Stratford Upon Avon office offered a personalised and professional service and was the reason that I stuck with Connells for a further management period. I would give Faiz 5 stars. Overall I find Connells a difficult company to deal with. Employees don’t seem to stay for long and getting calls and emails returned is not easy and often frustrating as there are so many different departments.

GoogleWe recently bought our first house with the invaluable assistance of Leigh Eastham. No matter that the house was being marketed by a different agent, Leigh went above and beyond, often taking meetings at short notice or unsociable hours to support us through every step. His genuine and personable approach made us feel very comfortable from the outset, and we never felt pressured into a particular path. Leigh's advice and expertise went much further than the mortgage itself, and he was able to help us with every aspect of the process. Such a level of service is very rare to find these days. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

GoogleMy sale finally completed yesterday, was looked after by Ella and Izzy, both very supportive and professional, my buyer made it hard work for them, wasn't the best sale I've experienced (down to my buyer being an idiot) but with Ella and Izzy updating me when they could and very prompt with emails and queries, would definitely recommend Connells.
