I had a very positive experience with Connells Estate Agents in Stratford Upon Avon when looking for two bedrooms to rent. They helped me find a place in good time and the whole process was very smooth and easy from start to finish. A special thank you to Faiz and Millie they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from the property viewing right through to the final move in day. Faiz answered all my questions especially the ones I was finding difficult and made everything much clearer and less stressful. Millie was also helpful and explaining everything in details regarding the move to my new home. Her support really helped me confident and well prepared. Overall I am very greatful for the professional and friendly service I received. I would really recommend Connells Estate Agents to anyone looking for a smooth and well supported renting experience.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor. From the start, Jordan was friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer my (many!) questions. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and was completely upfront and honest throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that we never felt like he was trying to make money out of us. It genuinely felt like he cared about finding the best options for us. Jordan made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We couldn’t recommend him more, and will be reaching out for more help in 2 years time!

I engaged Connells in Stratford-upon-Avon to provide mortgage brokering and support with conveyancing on my new property. Jordan Curley is an excellent broker - very knowledgeable, patient and makes time for you as a client. I was a first time buyer and he walked me through everything step by step. He went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly and successfully, and that mortgage products and insurances were suitable for my individual circumstances. My offer was not accepted on a property - after I told Jordan he took time to suggest another property to me in the same area that matched my requirements, and made a personal call to another agent to see if it was still available and how flexible the asking price was so it could work with my budget. I viewed the property, loved it and had an offer accepted. As a direct result of Jordan's intervention I found my dream house and was able to secure a mortgage I could afford to make it happen. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience working with both the mortgage advisor and estate agent at Connells Estate Agents Stratford upon Avon. while purchasing my first home in July 2025. From the start, my mortgage advisor, James Johnson, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered every question promptly, and helped me secure a great rate despite a few complexities. He made the process feel much less overwhelming and was always just a phone call or email away. On the estate agent side, Ella & Izzy was equally impressive. Professional, friendly, and happy to help. They coordinated everything efficiently and kept me informed at every step. Thanks to their teamwork, I completed my purchase smoothly. Renting Experience Only, Lettings Team is Great, but Everything Else is a Hassle The only reliable team here is the lettings department, led by Faiz Khan. They’re dedicated, responsive, and actually get things done. However, everything else, maintenance, contract renewals, and general support, is painfully slow. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and follow-ups are ignored. The only way to get any progress is by calling the lettings team, who thankfully step in to chase things up. I’ve been waiting over a month for a £100 refund after calling out an emergency plumber, but the maintenance team keeps brushing me off with the same generic response: "No update, will chase it," despite multiple follow-ups. Bottom line: If you're renting, the lettings agents are helpful, but maintenance, contract renewals, and general support are frustratingly unreliable.

If you have a mobile home to sell don't hesitate to use Connells ,mine was on the market with another agent for over 12 months and not sold ,I changed to Connells and first person to view after just a week made me an offer ,they did all the paperwork necessary for the purchase and it was all completed just one week later ! They delt with the park owner for me and it was such a relief not having to do the paperwork myself as that part was a big worry. A big thank you to Lauren for selling it so quickly and to branch manager Izzy ,both kept me up to date instantly on the whole process.

I requested a valuation online in the morning and followed up by email explaining that I could only communicate via email due to travelling and being in meetings. Despite this, Connells called me eight times throughout the day, repeatedly disrupting my meetings during an already difficult travel day. This aggressive approach to acquiring new sellers is extremely off-putting. My simple request to arrange a valuation and receive information via email was completely ignored, leaving me feeling harassed rather than supported. As a result, I won’t be using Connells. If this is the experience at the very first interaction, it doesn’t inspire confidence in what it would be like to sell a property through them.
