GoogleExceptional customer service, Leigh (mortgage advisor) has been extremely helpful, he is very easy to talk to and explains everything clearly and jargon free! He is always happy to answer any question I may have and will go over anything I havnt fully understood in a patient and considerate manner. Leigh is professional and knowledgable, I recommend him very highly.

GoogleJust had a call from this estate agency presumably trying to poach work from the agent I have already instructed to sell my property. Not impressed, as I have never been when dealing with them in the past. Unhappy that they have contacted me directly when my property is clearly being marketing by an agent, and unhappy that they have used data they already held on me (presumably kept from viewing properties they were marketing in the past) for an unconnected purpose I have not authorised them in relation to. I have found them unprofessional when viewing properties with them in the past and would steer clear.

GoogleWe first met Amy when she came to value our parents’ house. I was impressed that she measured all the rooms in readiness for a listing, even though we had only asked her for a valuation. Amy always took the initiative. She has been a pleasure to deal with, returning calls and keeping us as up-to-date as possible. She is a good communicator and suggested the buyer meet us to discuss certain technical issues, which I felt was very beneficial in building confidence between the parties. It is important that people are reassured that everyone is acting in good faith, that any obstacles are being addressed and that the deal will eventually get completed. This is all helped by good communication. We have sold a cherished family house and we are very happy with the sale price achieved.
