I initially walked into Connell's to enquire about purchasing an investment property and join their mailing list, I was introduced to Leigh who from the start was incredibly helpful and gave me insight into a variety of options in a very concise and clear way for both a residential and buy to let mortgage. Leigh has gone onto aid me with a re-mortgage, a personal mortgage and a buy to let mortgage, the service provided and the help given by Leigh that reduces both time to completion and leg work far outweighs the reasonable fee structure that is offered at Connells. All in all extremely good value for money for an invaluable service for any size of property or mortgage. I will be using Leigh moving forward for all mortgages and advice.

Our house purchase was a protracted and stressful experience with several deals falling through and much frustration along the way. Not unusual I’m sure but luckily the least troublesome part was getting the mortgage, and this was largely due to the Leigh’s efforts on our behalf. Leigh gave intelligible, concise and coherent advice and was able to find the best deal to suit our particular circumstances. Despite several disappointments and delays along the way he remained committed to our cause and went the extra mile to ensure that we eventually completed our transaction. He was always approachable, friendly and professional when dealing with our concerns. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone wishing to de-stress their mortgage application.

He is extremely friendly and professional, he made sure we are happy and he kept us informed until our mortgage has been approved.
