GoogleVery happy with the level of customer service . I used the the lettings agency for 16 years as a landlord and found everyone helpful and efficient. The estate agency have handled the sale of that property with the same level of care and I appreciate the trouble they have taken to bring the sale to a satisfactory conclusion. GoogleLexAllan are very efficient at getting the right tenants for my houses.They check they can afford the rent and reference people thoroughly.It took less than 3 weeks and the tenants are in now.The fees are reasonable too.I can recommend this letting agent every time.Quality tenants for quality homes.Jane Smith

GoogleRude,arrogant,terrible customer service.Very prompt when they want money or keys but ignorant when it comes to the customer wanting anything.Email after email ignored,numerous phone calls made and calls never returned.Avoid this company if you are looking for somewhere to rent!
