GoogleJess and Harry provided the exact service everyone wants from estate agents, but few actually provide. They’ve restored my faith in the profession when helping me sell my a apartment, which was far from easy. Their advice and speed was second to none. I’d never hesitate in recommending them, but mostly I wish they were a national firm so I could use them again!

FacebookCommited to buy a new property via Lex Allen on York Road in Rowley Regis late 2015. Was due to complete in August 16 however due to the late discovery of a coal mine near to the property we decided to withdraw from the purchase as we we would face difficulties in years to come if we decided to sell the property. Had received assurance from Alex Allen that they couldn't foresee an issue with us receiving our reservation fee back however after many phone calls and emails it now transpires the builder won't refund the fee. Feel very let down and disappointed and would not deal with either party again. BTW, the builders / developers are IP developments.

FacebookWhat can I say, Lex Allan were not selling my property but were the agents for the property we moved in November this year and the service I received was outstanding. I can't even mention one name as every member of staff was amazing! I urge anyone who needs an estate agent to consider using them you won't be disappointed, if they can give such a fantastic service to me their client must have had cherries on top! When considering who to choose pop in to the office and meet the staff they are vibrant, happy, helpful and you leave with lots of ideas you may not have had to begin with? I only wish I had been given this advice!

GoogleWe have been using Lex Allan for more than 20 years for property management and also property sales, in fact we were one of his first clients, after being let down by one or two agents it was a welcome move for us. They have been very professional and a delight for all of these years and a delight to work with and nothing is to much trouble for them. we look forward to many more years to come.

GoogleStay clear of them! After viewing a property in the evening and calling up and paying a deposit the morning after, as well as sending my application forms in etc I received a phone call a few hours later saying they had received another application and were returning my deposit and admin fees. At no point was I informed my application was one of many, the conversations I had with them gave me no indication that the property hadn't been secured. I find this behaviour unprofessional. I've worked in sales all my life and never would I take a deposit under false pretences. Bunch of amateurs at best. Not even an apology either!

GoogleWe recently bought a flat to rent and used the lettings department at Lex Allan. We have been kept informed of the process and progress completed by Lex Allan for the flat to be rented out. We have been very impressed by the care taken to find suitable tenants, and all our queries have been answered in a helpful and friendly way. We would recommend anyone to use Lex Allan as letting agents.

GoogleWe rented through Lex Allan for two and a half years. Obviously, no tenancy is without its little niggles, but at no point did we feel like we were imposing on Lex and the team; no problem was too large, or too small. All queries were responded to quickly, and problems solved within the next day or two where humanly possible. We would definitely recommend them to prospective renters or buyers.

I have been living and working overseas for years and have always been able to rely on the Lex Allen staff to handle everything regarding my property professionally, courteously and promptly . GoogleMyself and other family members have used Lex Allan several times and have always been impressed with the quality of service they provide. The team are friendly, approachable and professional. We usually deal with Pam who has always provided excellent attention and thoroughness when handling our sales, however all of the team are diligent and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone in the local area.

GooglePam at Lex Allan and her team went above and beyond, getting a buyer for my Aunt's house within two weeks as they promised they would. They also helped smooth a few subsequent hiccups. I think they do a fantastic job and offer a top quality, personal customer service because they actually care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you want to sell your property quickly.

GoogleI've had 5 viewing of properties with Lex Allan in last few months . Despite this I have had no calls or emails in regards giving feedback to vendors . Poor service .

GoogleCouldn't have asked for a better service from Lex Allan with both the sales and lettings department. We were buying a house with them, which unfortunately fell through but they were extremely helpful, understanding and patient throughout. Pam Holley, in particular was great! We are now thinking about renting my apartment out and they have been wonderful through that process too! Wouldn't use anyone else!
