GoogleCouldn’t ask for any more. Jess kept us constantly updated during our house purchase and was a calming presence throughout! Our purchase became much more tricky than we’d thought, but Jess stayed on top of everything and it all worked out!

GoogleLiterally the most awful lettings agent in the area. Was going to use them to sell my house but after the letting experience we had never ever! Extremely cocky agent showed the property promised a call back about negotiation on price (with the state of it they had overpriced the property) called three times promised a call back ....two weeks later no contact and the price of the property we wanted gets dropped. I'm sure the landlord would be thrilled at how they're handling things. Such a disgrace. Stick with APmorganNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLex Allan manage 2 rental flats for me and this has been the case for several years without a problem providing all the services you'd expect from a professional letting agent. However a recent flooding incident in one of the flats which rendered it uninhabitable for a while really did showcase their support at it's best and I cannot commend or thank them enough. Lex himself is a powerhouse of knowledge and gave me expert advice on renovations and the team in Stourbridge showed off their project management skills in getting extensive repairs done in the right order! Thanks particularly to Sasha and Lisa. If you are thinking of letting out a property and wondering which agent to use, you'll find Lex Allan to be top of the class.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Lex Allan and we cannot praise more highly, the personal and professional service we received from beginning to end. Their passion for getting us the very best deal was evident and they were willing to work hard to achieve this. Selling a house during a pandemic certainly tests the true mettle of an agent and despite Covid restrictions, Lex Allan ensured all viewings were carried out safely by either his staff or ourselves. They initially sent an online viewing link to interested parties to ensure we had only genuinely interested buyers make a visit. After each viewing, we received prompt feedback through Lex Allan staff. Having received three offers in a short space of time, testament to their effective marketing, Lex’s experience guided us to accept the offer from the buyer in the best circumstances to proceed quickly. It was clear that staff at Lex Allan took the time to fully understand the individual situation of each potential buyer too. From the initial valuation of our property, Lex impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism and we felt well supported throughout each stage of the process. Harry and Jess in the Stourbridge office maintained regular contact with us throughout and when our buyer’s surveys meant we needed to rectify some minor issues on our house, Lex was able to provide valuable advice and appropriate contractor contacts, making the whole process relatively stress-free. GoogleIf your a landlord..great, they seem okay. As a tenant? You might as well enter a raffle draw as they will let you all view property then landlord picks which tenant he likes the most. We offered 6 months rent upfront and had to wait a week then were told no. No offer to show another property either. In reality...I'm used to this with lettings but not the raffle draw 🤣

GoogleAs a Tennant it can sometimes be stressful and a complete mountain to climb when looking for somewhere new. However from start to finish George the lettings agent has been a pleasure to not only deal with but his customer service is second to none. As a former Estate Agent myself I know how faced paced and ever changing the business is. Lex Allan are very lucky to have George and his enthusiasm and passion for the role. Sasha the lettings manager was also fab and was always in touch with plenty of time to plan for. Will be using when I buy (hopefully) or let in the future. GoogleLex Allan Junior dealt with my application in a proffessional manner, but it was just like dealing with a friend. From start to moving in, my tenancy was dealt with both quickly and smoothly. From veiwing to moving in, 3 weeks only. I love the tenancy and have faĺlen in love with the property i have obtained. GoogleOver the years I have dealt with quite a few estate agents, both buying and selling, and it was an unexpected surprise to find such a professional company with such competent staff. From the very start I was impressed with the well presented brochure and photographs, and the amount of viewings that they booked and attended. I was kept informed at all times of on going negotiations and there was always a friendly, informative person just a phone call away. I would unreservedly recommend this company.
