Giles is amazing! From the moment he valued my dad's house after he decided to move after we lost my mom, he handled the valuation, the decison to market and all viewings with such patience and understanding. Having previously sold our own house with Giles, I would not have trusted any other company to assist dad in this huge decision. It had its challenges with Covid 19, but even then Giles was proactive and continued to do everything he could to help. Dad is now happily in his new home, which Giles even helped and advised us on..... he kept me sane! Obviously, it goes without saying, we highly recommend Giles and Billingham and Co!

We were immediately impressed by his thoroughness, positive attitude and professionalism, so invited him to represent our own house that we needed to sell. Recently used these Estate Agents Lettings Service. Our first point of contact was Adam who arranged for an appraisal of the property to be undertaken by Matthew. We were very impressed by the prompt, knowledgeable and efficient way in which this was done. Hence the property was marketed by the agents. Richard was faultless in his communication regarding feedback on viewings and responding to any questions that we had. A tenancy was secured quickly. Cannot fault the service that we have received. Outstanding performance

From the outset Jamie was very positive about a bungalow that another estate agent had seen little value in. He could see the potential which he shared in a professional, warm and friendly way. I liked his willingness to use more modern methods - videos, social media - and to seek a wider market than we might have expected. He was honest in explaining that we would soon know whether we were asking the right price. He promised his team would be working hard - and they were. I felt absolute trust in them and their ability to sell - partly because they didn't provide a flowery sales pitch for the house. They sold the bungalow in record time (2 months from start to finish) and for a price that suited everyone. I was selling from a distance, but could leave everything to them knowing they would keep me informed of every stage. Can't thank them enough!
