Ilene was absolutely brilliant! She was so much more helpful than our own estate agents, nothing was ever too much trouble and she communicated with us every step of the way. Ilene is so kind and friendly and made the whole moving process so much less stressful. Ilene goes above and beyond to make the moving process run smoothly and I would personally like to thank her for everything that she did for us.

GoogleWe found cheaper quotes than A P Morgan but went with them because of their reputation and the quality of their work. We were not disappointed. From the quality of photography of the property right through to support for finalising the sale the service was excellent. The whole process was managed efficiently and professionally. From understanding the property and its key features, to the presentation and marketing of it, managing the viewings and keeping us informed during the process of selling, the service was exemplary. Redditch letting branch is not friendly for tenants, looks like they are landlords agents,tenants have no respect from them. I was living in their property for 2.5 years and they were unhelpful through all this time and in the end I didn't get good references from them....the reason was I wouldn't accept new contract every year.They were pushing me to sign new contract after 1 year,despite the fact that the contract was rolling month to month after 1 year.They tried to do it twice,I find it unacceptable. They were trying to convince me,that I have no choice but accept it.I find it unbelievable and disgusting because I know people who are afraid not to accept it and pushed by them. There were more of these unfriendly behaviour from them,but just this and bad reference from them for me,for paying in time tenants, for leaving the flat in perfect condition is just disgusting.

This company at first was good and fast.Unfortunately after the tenant finder service was setup, they setup the tenants to pay into their accounts and despite landlords repeated request to forward the payments, the company has not acknowledge our requests.Please avoid this company as this is a very serious risk for both landlords and tenants.I am very disappointed but will be forced to consider further actions
