Mark was our tour guide, immediately treated us with a friendly presence, welcomed us and really took the time and effort to show us around and speak to us. Mark is a very nice person and we didn’t feel at any point our answers weren’t answered or even rushed us at all. Only if all advisors were just like Mark thank you for meeting us.

FacebookAwful from start to finish, they see evicting a tenant (no fault) as; in the words of Chris Griffiths (Director), a ‘transaction’. They haven’t bothered to help us find another home at all, they don’t care. When we were moving in, they gave us a date and then kept changing it. I would avoid them at all costs, they see you as a number and just a money bank. It’s evil to treat people in such a way

Carly took responsibility of all house viewings, she was fantastic with such a kind & bubbly personality i knew I could trust her to sell my house. I received several offers above my asking price in just one day of viewing, I couldn’t have been happier & house sold thanks to a fab sales rep! Elysia is the one that I really can’t thank enough! When solicitors were slow to respond Elysia from the after sales team was on the ball & gave me progress information before my solicitor did! Elysia’s communication was above & beyond & without her prompt after after sales support I think I would have had a breakdown myself. She never left me waiting for any enquiries & for that I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend the branch purely for the sales & after sales service I received from Carly & Elysia!
