Awful from start to finish, they see evicting a tenant (no fault) as; in the words of Chris Griffiths (Director), a ‘transaction’. They haven’t bothered to help us find another home at all, they don’t care. When we were moving in, they gave us a date and then kept changing it. I would avoid them at all costs, they see you as a number and just a money bank. It’s evil to treat people in such a way

Carly took responsibility of all house viewings, she was fantastic with such a kind & bubbly personality i knew I could trust her to sell my house. I received several offers above my asking price in just one day of viewing, I couldn’t have been happier & house sold thanks to a fab sales rep! Elysia is the one that I really can’t thank enough! When solicitors were slow to respond Elysia from the after sales team was on the ball & gave me progress information before my solicitor did! Elysia’s communication was above & beyond & without her prompt after after sales support I think I would have had a breakdown myself. She never left me waiting for any enquiries & for that I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend the branch purely for the sales & after sales service I received from Carly & Elysia!

PROPERTY INSPECTIONI had an inspection booked today but there had been a mixup on the dates, I contacted the office to speak with Lucy but she was out of office. Within 10 mins she had called me to explain the issue and apologised, she then went to solve the issue straight away and was polite and professional. Well done Lucy you made my day a lot easier!
