TrustpilotA massive thank you to the awesome…
A massive thank you to the awesome redditch team who have worked tirelessly to ensure that I am able to move to my dream home. They are professional, informative and friendly. Selling my home in less than a week they made it possible for me to put in an offer for my new home. A special thank you to Joe, Tate and Samantha who are all absolutely brilliant. They have supported me throughout and made a usually stressful experience run seamlessly. I was made to feel like their number one customer and they have reassured me throughout. I genuinely can’t recommend enough. If you are selling your home, this is who you need to talk to.

TrustpilotI must say Ilene was bloody great…
I must say Ilene was bloody great throughout our process. To say we had an easy ride, I would be lying but this was due to the market not being great due to the cost of living crises and mortgage rates going through the roof! but Ilene made the process enjoyable once we finally found a house we loved. Thank you so much! She kept us informed on both the sale and purchase frequently, providing us updates and answered any queries that popped up! We felt Ilene wasn’t the typical “all about sales” she was very professional in away where we felt she cared about us and our needs. It was always a pleasure to speak with Ilene and would recommend Ilene to anyone!

TrustpilotSuperb service, second to none!!!
I can only say how fantastic the team at A.P. Morgan have been, from my original enquiry, the valuation meeting and the date for the photography. Amy attended for the photography and sat, at length to discuss my apartment and how I would like it to be viewed via the photographs. The apartment is a one off and Amy has certainly provided photos to show it in all its beauty!!!! Viewings have been made quickly and efficiently, with a professional touch and clear communication. I would fully recommend A.P. Morgan to anyone that is looking for that personal, efficient and well mannered sales service. Thank you to all at A.P. Morgan, Stourbridge.

TrustpilotLovely team to communicate with
Lovely team to communicate with - incredibly positive and helpful. We worked with Rebecca, Ella, Natalia and Samantha. The sale did take a while so would have moved that a long a bit quicker and I felt the house was originally overpriced and may have put people off as we had a lot of viewings but maybe the market changed just as we put it up. So the two areas of improvement may have been out of our control to be honest. Thanks for your help throughout it all - we loved everyone in the AP team!
