We spoke to a number of larger brand name agents first when deciding which firm to put our property on the market with but, on meeting with the Personal Agent team, they were the most honest, genuine and, more importantly, the most well prepared. We knew immediately that they would provide a unique experience for potential buyers and received multiple offers quickly at the price we wanted which we were able to view and track easily on a web portal. Despite a long and challening sales process as a result of delays with the sales downchain, our negotiator, Paul, and the Personal Agent team were extremely responsive and continued to chase all avenues to help drive the process forward. We would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent, who were able to provide great progression support which is critical, particularly in the current market environment, where the sales process is taking more time due to high demand for solicitors time.

Extra special thanks must be directed to our sales progression manager, Vygaile Petrulionyte'. She is without doubt fantastic, she always responded to our queries promptly, she demonstrated a great amount of knowledge about the housing market, she was a bull terrier when need be, she helped calm us down and made sure we were grounded in our expectations. We trusted her word fully throughout the process. The sale went through because of her good work and we will never be able to thank her enough. So far I am extremely pleased with the service we are receiving from The Personal Agent. Andrew came round to value our property and, upon our instructions to proceed, the media team came to take photos and a video and they were extremely professional and did our property justice. We pressed the button to go live with The Personal Agent and, 4 days later, we had 24 viewings booked for our open day on the Saturday.
