GoogleI previously used this branch for buying and selling property and had positive experiences. More recently, I attended and contacted the branch directly to raise a concern and was disappointed with the response I received. While my earlier transactions were handled professionally, this later interaction left me feeling disappointed.

However, we would respectfully clarify that the concerns you have raised relate to a separate lettings business, which operates as a different company. Whilst the sales directors are co-founders of the lettings company, both businesses are independently run and managed. We are naturally disappointed to receive a review reflecting matters outside of our company’s remit, particularly given your positive experiences with our sales service. I understand having spoken to the lettings team that they are dealing with the issues that you have raised, and are still looking to resolve them.

GoogleRevising the 1* “review” below following a call from Ben. It’s a tough manic market for residential buyers. There is only a limit to what can be done and on how the vendors require the applicants profiled but present day technology allows for better effective communication models than emails circulated to ALL applicants following the viewings slots being taken leading to anxiety. Often reviews are left out of disappointment from expected service levels and not in the intention of damaging businesses. Its fantastic, our voice was heard!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Either you know Daniel and Paul or you get to know them to stand a chance. Not sure if this in the best of vendor’s interest.

GoogleWe had a great experience with The Personal Agent Stoneleigh branch. Listing our property and arranging the photography was simple and efficient, and we were very fortunate to secure a buyer within the first week of marketing. Myles was helpful and efficient in keeping things moving along as the sale progressed, and in dealing with a couple of complications that arose as we neared exchange, all leading to a successful completion and stress-free moving experience (or at least as stress-free as it's possible for moving to be!). Recommended.

GoogleSam was great as liaison. He was handling my purchase and kept me well informed, assisted with enquiries and also assisted when helping to manage other parties who, at the time, were being difficult. I would have scored higher however on a broader note operations at the Personal Agency would benefit from improvement. PA were handling several other links in the chain. However often one agent didn't know what the other had said / agreed, answers weren't forthcoming and frequently they weren't communicating with my agent which meant I had phone up to keep information flowing.

GoogleI chose The Personal Agent as they sold my neighbours house and figured it would be a good idea to use them as they knew the area and the design of the house and had success! I was put in touch with an agent at the Stoneleigh branch called Dan. Now Dan is a pretty unique guy. He is always upbeat and positive and is completely honest with you, he tells it how it is in a very positive way, even when it's not great news!! I always make a point of asking him how he is and his response is always "Fantastic" so now in my house we call him Fantastic Dan!! I have been very impressed with the amount of viewings I have had and they always give you plenty of notice. I particularly like the text reminders as I work full time in a hospital and sometimes forget what day it is!! I like lighting candles for my viewings and Dan always blows them out for me when he has finished the viewings which I hadn't even considered! Thank you. I am now moving forward with my sale and am hoping for a relatively quick move which I know will be fully supported by The Personal Agent team. GoogleWe had a great experience using the Personal Agent to buy our first property. A particular shout out to Dan Bennett who communicated really openly with us and answered all of our "first time buyer" questions with patience! Dan was able to get us into the property we eventually secured 2 hours after it went on the market and helped us to close the sale within 24hrs! Thanks Dan for all your help and your great sense of humour, you helped make a daunting process feel really manageable! Additionally, Cat Mahoney then helped us to progress the sale and went above and beyond to contact the seller, ensure there were no delays and keep us informed. GoogleAnna was very professional. We were running late for our viewing and she happily waited for us at the property. When showing us around she was very thorough with her descriptions of key features of the property, highlighting potential areas for future development. I preferred that she had a paperless system as I always find it distracting when being handed a brochure during a viewing. Overall Anna’s approach to the viewing was excellent and extremely informative.

GoogleAlthough we didn’t buy through them, we would 100% recommend Personal agent as the go to agent. As first-time-buyers if often felt like the other local agents didn’t want to spend much time with us or put in the effort to talk us through our options. Peronsal agent couldn’t have helped us more! Luca Sarteur kept us up to date on properties coming on the market before they went online. He put us in touch with a fantastic mortgage advisor, as well as a great solicitor and building surveyors. He was always on hand to give us advice, and answer questions. I couldn’t recommend Personal agent or Luca enough!

Nothing was too much trouble. He is professional with a friendly manner. We bought and sold our property using PA. They really do live up to their name, you will receive a personal service. GoogleFantastic support to deal with an anxious buyer. I live a long way from the property we were selling, 7 hours drive, but Paul Davis was always happy to help and was very pro-active in progressing the sale. If ever I phoned to ask if he could check on something, nine times out of 10, he'd already thought of it and already done it. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he had a very fair, no nonsense approach to dealing with the buyer. I'm exceedingly grateful for the conscientious approach and would highly recommend Paul and The Personal Agent.

GoogleThe team at both Stoneliegh and Ewell branch at the Personal Agent have been fantastic. After seeing a property come up online we contacted The Personal agent and were booked in for a viewing the very same day. Not only did they book us in to view the property we requested to see, but our estate agent Paul, took the initiative to show us some other similar properties in the area. This was extremely helpful, as viewing others just solidified our decision to put an offer on the house we are now calling our “forever home”! As soon as we had made our offer, Paul didn’t delay contacting the vendor and from that moment on, he was contacting us at every stage of the offer process through to the offer being accepted and finally handing over the keys on completion. Throughout the whole selling stage, we had the lovely Cat who was just great. She was our “go to” person for when we felt that things were slowing down in regards to exchanging and completing. Cat would take my calls and deal with any of my worries and concerns and would send me updates regarding any news she had heard in relation to the sale process. Both Paul and Cat were the personal touch that made what could be an extremely frustrating and stressful process, informative and relatively stress free. Thank you Personal Agent for helping us buy our new home. You won’t be seeing us for a while but if we ever do decide to sell... we shall be in touch!
