GoogleImpressed with the service and response times from this Your Move branch, particularly the Alex (as we liaise with him the most). My partner and I are purchasing a house advertised by this agent, and Alex has kept us informed with all processes every step of the way, doing an excellent job or obtaining any answers we might have, or just passing messages between us and our sellers. We hit a snag with the sale (separate party’s fault), and it was Alex who kept the chain alive and strove to deliver for us and our seller. GoogleI have rented with my family a house in Longton via Your Move and I was positively impressed by their support. Alex, our consultant, took an extra mile to get us moved in before the agreed date( as I could only hire a van on a specific day to move our household). Alex left the office later than its usual schedule to make sure the documents are signed and we had the key handed over. For this reason, I ranked the service as 5 stars.

GoogleThis is the worse estate agent I have ever seen, Could you believe that after leaving a property it took them more than a month to process my refund deposit after deducting £190 for no just cause.I have never experienced this before with any estate agent. It is ridiculous

Mr Prince, We are sorry that you feel you had to give us a one star review on this occasion as we pride ourselves on customer service here at Your Move. The £190 pounds was deducted from your deposit at the point of you vacating and this was agreed between yourself and the landlord for the cleaning of the property. This amount would not have been deducted from you deposit without your consent and at the time you were dealing with our lettings head office and not the local branch. The time it took to the release the deposit was due to the negotiations back and fourth between you and the landlord regards the amount that was being deducted. I was originally let down by a landlord but Matt quickly saved the day and the second process was extremely quick, easy and stress free. It sounds silly to have to write this but not all Agents off the same level of Service - Matt and his team return phone calls, the liaise excellently with tenants and find tenants easily, nothing is too much trouble. A real pleasure to work with and I would ( and have ) recommend them to anyone.
