GoogleMatt and his team have been very proactive from day one in putting my properties in the market. I am a new Landlord. I signed a fully managed agreement a few months ago which is going well so far. Before having tenants, Your Move took care of all visits, background checks and others. After the property was occupied they took care of faulty oven claim from the tenants. I have also access to the Your Move Landlord portal which allows you to have under control payments and expenses on your portfolio. I would really recommend Your Move Longton to any Landlord

GooglePoor Communication if at all any .. half the properties they have to let are either taken or not available but showing on their website as available. How can you put a property on rent and 5 mins later say we have to much interest so we are not taking anymore viewings isn't that the landlords decision?? Then when you do get a property you fill out heaps of paperwork with hidden charges and then they ask you how much are you willing to pay? So someone on a lower budget gives the asking rental price whilst someone with a bigger budget offers more the estate agents pocket the difference... Talk about dodgy.. Awaiting for a response to say they don't know who I am and I'll upload their documents.. And the response is like I said... 🤣🤣🤣
Good Afternoon Mo, We are struggling to find you on the system as we don't have any other details other than "Mo". We do currently have 4 fully available properties with viewing slots available and another one due to go live on Monday. There is one property which is showing as available but we are unable to take anymore viewings on this as there are tenants currently in the property and all the slots have been taken up due to very high demand. If people do enquire about this property we are taking details just incase of any cancelations or if another similar property becomes available. If you are successful in applying for a property with ourselves we then send out a link to pay the holding deposit and a one page form to complete for referencing which is all done online. By law we are unable to charge tenants other than the holding deposit which we only ask for when the landlord has given us the go ahead for their preferred applicant. All interested people looking to apply for a property are referred to the landlord and we take their instructions in which applicant they would like to go with. I can confirm that all rent that is paid by the the tenant is passed directly onto our landlords. GoogleUseless Agents!! Cant get hold of Matt Poole the lettings manager to help with an eviction, doesn't answer emails or respond to phone calls.
Hi Ian, I’m sorry you feel you had to leave a 1 star review. Some end-of-tenancy matters are a lot more complex and handled by our head office rather than at the local branch. Certain updates I’m unable to provide until I receive a response from the tenants, as you are aware I am doing my upmost to contact the tenants regularly.
