GoogleMy lady and me mum went view a house. So she put holding fee down and they didnt explain to her nothing about if shed get it bck or not. The house doesnt let dogs stay. So we had to get our money bck we went in n the lad who dealt with it wasnt in. Someone else told us we would get our money bck. So we rang up n they said we wasnt getting it bck as we dropped out. We havent signed nothing or anything. They basically have people off and they are ignoring us now. We will definitely be going citizens advice about these. Very poor!

GoogleBeen waiting since November to sort out a tenancy agreement. I had to call the Head Office to actually get anywhere or any updates to the application. Very unhappy with the process thus far.
