I engaged with Matt at Your Move Estate Agents to manage a find a tenant only for one of my rental properties. He was both efficient and Proffesional, viewing the property within 24hrs and then finding a tenant for the property within 10 days of engaging him. An excellent service for any busy landlord out there who needs an agent who offers handy tips and advice including a great knowledge and understanding of the local area. Your Move filter all the applicants only allowing only those who are in a financial position to view the property through the door. Resulting in the right match for your property.
