GoogleI had extremely bad experience with Leaders, there were known issues in the property which were kept hidden from me and took ages to sort those one. I have to put written complaint. In summery very bad experience and would never recommend it.

GoogleLeaders managed my house because I was abroad .there tenants stopped paying rent and they left them in there ,thort a management agency managed things and got a great phone call taped from there customer service going to put it on the internet as a warning to all landlords to steer clear of leaders they lie and are useless cudnt manage a party in a pub

GoogleWaiting for deposit to be returned for over two months. Spoke with our landlord and they are happy for it to return but Leaders still haven’t sent it to us. Nobody calls back from the office. Happy to take money at start but won’t return. Told they area manager will call back but so far after one week still no call.

GooglePoor tenant management - very behind on rent collection on most properties you manage for us, don't handle tenant issues well, also tenant selection not great.
