For several years I have been using Leaders Hartshill branch to market and let my properties. I have generally found them to be responsive and efficient. During a recent reletting, an administrative problem, not of Hartshill making, threatened timely completion. The issue was adopted, addressed and resolved by Safia Mamood, whose personal attention and thoroughness brought the issue to a prompt and successful conclusion. A first rate service, which in my experience is rare. Thank you Safia.

Had a viewing today late on arrival and when I called up about the property they said I could put a holding deposit down not mentioned it was after the landlords decision and they told me they would contact me if I got the property I had to contact them about it and lies on the phone so they can get people apply and telling me it doesn’t go on a income based they chose two tenants today to move in because they have better income will not be veiwing another home with these again and mislead information making me stand around for ages to view properties amlia from the agent has been no help not happy with this company at all then trying offer me a bed share witch is very disrespectful
