GoogleFrom the start to the end Charlotte made the whole process of moving into our new home enjoyable. She thoroughly explained each step of the journey to us and made us feel at ease when we were moving house. We cannot thank Charlotte enough for her help and expertise as an estate agent and we would 1000% recommend her to not only our friends and family but to anyone who is looking to move house within the area. When we went to collect our keys for the new property the other staff within the office all made us feel welcome and all looked happy to see us. GoogleThe ladies at leaders are amazing especially Fracesca and Lydia. They went above and beyond to makesure I could move in to the place i wanted to rent in time. With covid the landlord was let down by people who were doing work and leaders arranged it all, so I could still move in on time. If I ever move again I would only use leaders, but the house I currently rent from them is perfect. Thank you

The process of reserving and the system we went through was a bit tedious and caused a bit of stress however other then that glad we went through Leaders!

GoogleWorst estate agent I had to deal with! Booked viewing for property and 10min before agreed time they call to say that they can’t make it and they don’t care that I spent 4hrs on travel! Don’t waste your time and money on this unprofessional agents! AVOID!
