Highly recommend Rainsborough Park Development, Knottingley

The Sales Executive team; Louise, Shelly, Sue and Sharon at the Rainsborough Park site at Knottingley, have been amazing and so helpful and supportive throughout our home purchase journey. We had our home demonstration with Neil, the Site Manager and Sue, the Sales Executive and this was very detailed, comprehensive and extremely helpful to us. Since moving into our new home, Neil and the Site Team have continued to be extremely supportive and helpful to us. We absolutely love our new Gleesons home. From first contacting Gleeson regarding the purchase of a two bedroom Cork house at Erin Court in Chesterfield. The service I have received from Philip Graham the Sales Executive has been outstanding. Philip had kept me upto date with the progress of the building of my house. Calls made to the office if unanswered were returned promptly. I would not hesitate to purchase another Gleeson home.

Mary is key to a perfect Gleeson experience

I have had such great and meaningful experience on my new build home journey, in large part due to Mary at Gleeson Homes at The Pastures, Bilsthorpe who demonstrated not only immense knowledge and understanding of the housing market but also incredible empathy and trust throughout the customer journey. Given some of the negative comments expressed here by others about their Gleeson new build experience, it important to point out that Mary’s years of experience in the field and her people skills makes a huge difference in the delivery of quality of service in terms of support and excellent communication new build customers especially first-timer buyers need to get to the property ladder. 
Thank you for everything you did to make my Gleeson experience pleasant and stress-free. For this and so much more, I am saying thank you. In my little new-build first-time-buyer search-life, I know you meet few people who are hard to forget. I am glad to have been introduced to Gleeson by you.

Louise made my journey exceptional

I have had such a positive experience on my new build home journey, in large part due to Louise at Gleeson West Yorkshire who has helped me every step of the way. I had regular updates and no questions were too small or odd. The team are excellent communicators and I'm so thankful that my journey has felt supported and bespoke. I've had a new build before and I appreciate it's always a gamble, you hear horror stories. It's by no means been smooth sailing but I can't fault the customer service.

Were do I start

Were do I start, moved in end of November 2022 to 37 snags from electrical problems to damaged kitchen cupboards, worktops, etc, the quality of workmanship is a disgrace, been waiting since November 2022 for the snags to be all completed, every time , still from this day 23/6/23 work still outstanding worsed gang I've ever seen Gleeson homes not worth a carrot, the walls are paper thin, you even have too buy your own fence. Here is more that's on Google maps Bought a new build November 2022 , the sale's staff were great, after I got the keys there were over 30 snags from not painted parts too damaged things, the toilet was leaking, shower point not in the position I paid for, had 2 replacement work tops damaged, no drainage in the back garden always flooded, skirting boards damaged, cracked tiles on roof, spot lights wrong position then repaired were the hole was, kitchen doors scratches and I paid for an upgrade, the sealant in a terrible state, no pedasal down stairs toilet, lots of painting missing, kitchen floor not level, overhaul terrible workmanship ,still been waiting 11 months for the repairs to be finished, I've been putting things on the portal ever since from this day, I wouldn't recommend buying a house from gleeson homes, nothing but problems, as you can see as well there are chip marks on the kitchen doors and kick boards

We bought 2 homes with glesson acklam Garden. We had really good experience with both of them it was really easy and quick to go through with everything. Staff was brilliant, so we wanted to buy our 3rd home with them aswell,but this time we had really bad experience. The person we were dealing with was not interested in selling the house. We felt we were treated really bad and the person was really rude with us . We never left bad review for anyone but we really felt bad this time and things werent explained clearly from the start. Really disappointed with them.

First of all see they have flagged the review as they know it's true there is nothing wrong with this review and is 100% factual so I'm not sure why they have flagged this and il be shocked if trust pilot remove it as I thought they wanted honest reviews Please just read the reviews under the places sold it's horrific and We got 2 k compensation for the stress they caused us . Buying your first home can be very daunting however Sue from the sales office was always there to answer any questions we had and always informed us straight away throughout our build process.
