FacebookThis was the 2nd time i have used the findahome team. James was fantastic getting us on the market as quickly as possible as we had already made an offer on our new house. setting up the contract early so we could sign as soon as Tom had been round for a valuation. Tom was as charismatic as ever during his valuation visit, thankfully matching our valuation expectation. Joe was fantastic and professional throughout the sales process, always to hand on the end of the phone or emails. Joe was proactively seeking updates on our behalf. The team are always professional whenever I needed a call back or responding to emails quickly. The eportal is fantastic too and i sometimes would know viewings were required before you get the phone call. This team is a credit to the North Staffs/South Cheshire area and i couldn't recommend them enough, thank you!

GoogleI would like to say i have had fantastic experience with Findahome online estate agents. Findahome offered a first class professional service from day 1 all the way to the end of the sale. Tom came to are house to value & take pictures of it, he was very professional, friendly and explained the process in great detail. We went with the pay up front package which is great value for money. Within 24 hours are house listing was up on Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation. Findahome sold are property in just 1 month. Joe was very supportive dealing with the negotiation and sharon kept us updated throughout the sale. Hannah also was very professional and friendly, she offered us excellent advise and helped us pick the right mortgage.I would definitely recommend findahome to anyone. Finally i would like to say a big thank you to findahome and wish you all the best in the future.

GoogleI wanted to offer a review as a renting tenant, rather than somebody who had purchased or sold with Findahome. Me and my partner were looking for our first home together a little over 2 years ago. Neither of us had rented privately before and had heard horror stories about bad landlords and lazy agents. We then had a viewing booked on a property with Tom from Findahome, immediately upon meeting with him we felt relaxed and in good hands. He gave us plenty of time to look around and answered any questions we had. We agreed that we wanted to rent the property and Tom guided us through everything with ease. It's now been 2 years and the Findahome team are always there to help. We've had a couple of minor issues with the property since living here and they're always resolved quickly with no stress. Absolutely brilliant service. My house was listed The same day the agent came out to see it and I had an offer accepted on the house five days later the full asking price. The fixed fee save me over £2000 in a estate agent fees, But didn’t detract from the service at all. Steve who I dealt with was extremely helpful and always responded promptly. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough to sell your house.

GoogleBack in October we found a house that we really liked that was on the market with Findahome Online, the only problem was that our house was not on the market yet and the seller was not willing to accept offers from anyone who had not sold their own property. So we had to act quick! I contacted Findahome Online on the Thursday evening, by Friday afternoon my property was on the market, with two viewings on the Saturday, it was sold by Monday morning and we had our offer accepted on the house we really wanted to buy. They are very reasonably priced and I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support. Joe, Tom and Laura have been great, helping out with any queries that we had and liaising between the chain.
