Back in October we found a house that we really liked that was on the market with Findahome Online, the only problem was that our house was not on the market yet and the seller was not willing to accept offers from anyone who had not sold their own property. So we had to act quick! I contacted Findahome Online on the Thursday evening, by Friday afternoon my property was on the market, with two viewings on the Saturday, it was sold by Monday morning and we had our offer accepted on the house we really wanted to buy. They are very reasonably priced and I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support. Joe, Tom and Laura have been great, helping out with any queries that we had and liaising between the chain. I can really recommend using Findahome Online, you won't be disappointed.

DON’T USE THEM. What a shocking experience. I will never recommend findahome to anyone. They never answer the phone, or reply to emails. On day of completion no one was available to have the keys. I was seconds away from posting them through the door at findahome when I received a phone call stating no one was in the offices today, and that I would have to drop the keys off. I’m self employed, and lost earnings on that day due to their poor staffing arrangements. I then made a complaint which they didn’t even realise they had this was 4 weeks later after completion. I am now in disputes with them and it has gone to county court, as I feel the service I received was not adequate for the amount I was paying so requested a discount. Then dispute will continue. DON’T USE THEM
