Cyan was the lady who dealt with us and she genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful!
We purchased a house which was advertised by Find a Home Online and throughout the whole process Cyan ensured that I was kept updated at every step of the way.
Cyan was also very knowledgable and answered all questions which I had, her response time was impeccable!
I had not heard of the estate agents prior to this and have had such a great experience with them I will definitely be recommending them and further will use them when I come to sell my property.
They are a small business and from my experience they show care and attention to all clients whether that be a buyer or a seller.
So pleased with my experience!

GoogleHorrendous experience with Find A Home. Suffered mould for over 5 months with NO action taken but ‘mould proof paint’ that surprisingly… came back twice. Over £700 worth of clothes and furniture was thrown away due to their lack of action, which is their duty. We emailed every month, sometimes multiple times and still they didn’t care. All they want is the money and they’re happy.
We didn’t get the deposit back due to ridiculous reasons such as a slightly yellow stained bath, cobwebs in the kitchen, a small thread in the lounge carpet and weeds in the back garden. Weeds were the last of our worries with the conditions we were living in. Find it hard that a gardener would charge £570.
After find a home told me I’d get my deposit back after signing the ‘deposit repayment process’ (with proof on the recorded call), my partner signed it, who also has dyslexia, and then we found that they conned us into signing it as it was misleading since we were supposed to be getting it all back.
We stated when we moved in, the bedroom window would not close as seen in the pictures and was not fixed 1 year later to this day when we moved out. Winter was horrid in that house and the amount that we spent on heating was stupid.
After all this, towards the end of the tenancy I refused to pay rent for a month so they called me up and said they will take me to court and I said good luck as you’re breaking your side of the agreement already but they kept threatening me with a big fine and court hearing and was unapologetic all the way through.
Don’t go with this company, it will ruin your year and you’ll be straight out when your tenancy ends. I’m not the first one who’s had a dreadful experience like this.

Thanks for your review. Every contact was acted upon responsibly by ourselves and the landlord including installing extractor fans to prevent mould. It is important to note that both the landlord and tenant have a responsibility to take appropriate actions to ensure rooms are ventilated effectively, ensuring windows are opened in areas where moisture can cause damp and mould. This specific property has been let out for a number of years with no past issues with damp and mould reported.
If it is deemed that damage to the property is significant enough to request that a deposit is withheld then all details including photographic evidence are uploaded via the independent Deposit Protection Service (DPS) portal. All our tenants are informed that if they do not agree with the distribution of the deposit that they can raise an appeal via the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). The DPS is there for a reason, as there can often be disputes between landlord and tenant at the end of a tenancy.
In regards to final rent payment, we will always point out to tenants that if rent is not paid that this is in breach of their tenancy agreement and they will be reminded of the consequences of non-payment.

As a couple who had only moved once before 16 years ago we are somewhat novices to the whole moving scene and were full of stupid questions. No matter what question we had it was never classed as stupid and they always had the answer. They made us feel special at every conversation. The price was reasonable compared to others. The photos were amazing and the write up of our property was like something from a story. Needless to say our property was in undated with views straight away and we sold immediately.
