We had dealings with the Nantwich office around six years ago first rate team aways keeping us up to date with the house sale in Nantwich we can’t say the Team at the crewe office are in the same league very poor service including no up dates or feed back also not returning phone calls would we use the crewe office again after the last sale that’s a big No

We have just had our first inspection as tenents in 3 years due to covid restrictions. BJB were really accommodating when booking due to work restrictions. Natalie came round and completed the inspection, I was really impressed how thorough she was. She took loads of pictures and made loads of notes. I would definitely recommend BJB and Natalie services.

GoogleI wish I could give a minus 1 star for their service received to date. Awful and shocking service delivered on residential property management in conjunction with Spicerhaart, Coventry. Andy Townsend tried to assist with the management but failed as he could not deliver a comprehensive property management update on a block of properties which his team were managing. My advice would be to find another managing agent and I am in the process of dis-instructing which is also proving very difficult.

GooglePretty disappointed with the input these had with a difficult chain. Nothing seemed to be moving with them at the bottom of a 5 people chain. So much so that I started to call them for help…. Lauren seemed to be the only one to make sense and actually help… I did speak to another lady, asking her to get Lauren to call us and it was like talking to a brick wall. The concierge service? What’s that all about??? Not one message got to them and all agents in the chain were getting frustrated to say the least! Answer the phones yourself or put a voicemail on! Didn’t really manage their customers that well, otherwise we’d have been a lot less stressed!

Elle and Emma provided excellent guidance and we were able to get a buyer and agreed sale within 2 weeks of marketing the property. They handled all of the viewings on our behalf and made the experience far less anxious and complicated than we envisaged. Many thanks.

Constant calls, emails and text messages. This after inquiring about my house value. I ticked that I was just curious it calls at 9pm in the evening and on weekends and bank holidays is just ridiculous.After many months of calling and me not answering they should surely get the point? Yes I could block them but they seem to come through on different numbers.Take the hint
