GoogleOut looking for property this morning and received really friendly and efficient service. Elle clearly understood what was available from this office and other local BJB offices. Although we were not looking for a high value property she took time with us to clarify our requirements and to make sure that properties referred to us would match our search criteria. Just brought our first home using Butters John Bee Newcastle under Lyme branch , which our main contact was Deborah Lomas both her and the team were brilliant from start to finish always called us providing us updates. I would recommended Butters John Bee to anyone that is looking for a quick and easy sale or purchase. They also have an in house mortgage advisor called Lee Faulkner who works for just mortgages based in the Newcastle-under-Lyme Butters John Bee branch , the service Lee provided was outstanding defiantly worth keeping it in house which defiantly helps the process from start to finish.Thanks for everything Ashley johnson

I made a cash offer which i was told had been accepted. Only to find the next day on a second viewing i was surrouded by other families - all allowed to view and bid. Apparently i should have showed that i had proof of money straightaway otherwise the property was still on the market. They should have explained that when i put my offer in. Then a second bidder came forward. Given a full and final offer day and time i reinstated my cash offer. The next day after the deadline i was given the run around to change some paperwork i had submitted and raise my offer yet again. I was given the belief that all was good. A while later a phone call to say i didn't win the property. So used to get other bidder to bid even more. So that's how i feel Used. Should have stopped at the full and final offer. Not get me and other bidder to up bids further. I had the money - they asked if could complete without survey and searches and i said yes. Just messed me about. In answer Hannah it is the Stafford branch - i have emailed the lady that dealt with me and sent this review to her also

I was a reluctant seller of my lovely house, but it was time for change. I decided immediately on meeting Lauren, that she would be the one to market my home. It was some six months later that I finally took the bull by the horns and contacted her again. She advised me that my home would be attractive to purchasers and would sell quickly. I was admittedly just a touch sceptical, But signed her up on the Monday. I had viewings immediately and offers flying in and then my home went on to 'best and final offer'. By Saturday, I had accepted an offer. The staff that did the viewings for me, treated my home respectfully. I couldn't face showing people around myself. I would not hesitate to recommend Butters John Bee in Winsford to market your home too.

Poor service, never answer or return calls. Add fees on and don’t tell you. Staff are rude and never let I speak to a manager. Agents answer the Own complaints. Staff lie all the time to you l. Would never use and would never trust any one at butters John beeToo late for comments should of done it straight away. I’ll let the property ombudsman deal with it

Great service from the Northwich team. While the overall process wasn't smooth, for issues outside BJBs control, they always knew what was happening with my purchase, no matter who I spoke to in the office. My main contact, Jacqui, was ace, has clearly been doing this a while, was always able to help me make progress or even just listen to me moaning about solicitors. It was reassuring to know I was going through the purchase with such an attentive team.

Moving house is usually a stressful time, but having a professional team like the one at the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch sort out the end to end process certainly eased a great deal of the stress.I was especially pleased with the service Emma Spanton provided. Nothing seemed any trouble and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and courteously. Butters John Bee Newcastle-under-Lyme misled a charity that supports people in need and have taken over £5000 of charity money. They wilfully allowed a charity to rent a property that was not fit for use. What's to stop them exploiting members of the public if they are willing to exploit a charity.They need to refund the money they have taken from TWOCO, let them out of the contract and apologise if they have any morals at all.

Dear C, Thank you for your feedback, which we believe to be in response to a recent social media post. For clarity, we would like to highlight that this is connected to the letting of a commercial retail premises, rather than a domestic dwelling; our Newcastle under Lyme branch are in no way connected to this transaction. We regret that the tenant doesn’t feel the property is fit for purpose. We are working with the tenant and the landlord to come to a solution but as the contract is signed the decision rests with the landlord. Unfortunately, due to Government imposed restrictions, we were unable to offer an in-person viewing and sent the tenant a short video of the property which was recorded prior to lockdown. The tenant ultimately made the decision to sign the lease, having had the time and opportunity to have this reviewed, and paid the rent for the first year in its entirety in advance; this was not a requisite of the letting but rather a decision made by the tenant. It's an unfortunate situation and we’ll continue to work with both sides in an attempt to come to a satisfactory outcome.bjb Commercial team.

From the first viewing, with a lovely, friendly & helpful lady - Lisa - I was impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail right through to the completion of the purchase. What I was particularly impressed with was the level of communication - Lisa ensured both she and I was fully up to date throughout the process and even on occasion provided information ahead of my own solicitor! I would thoroughly recommend the Nantwich office if you are looking to buy a property in Nantwich.

After unpleasant situations with one of the other property agency, we decided to try to go with Butters John Bee who also advertised the same flat we were interested in. We have been shown the flat by Elisha Hennessey, who is not only very professional but knows how to listen, respect, and understands the needs of the clients. Despite having limited time for our appointment she went extra mile to show us another apartment, that (after what we have discussed with her) would be more suitable for us. She did not push us with taking decision nor rushed while viewing the flat. What is more she showed interest in what we think and feel, and in case of anything that could be repaired or improved she spoken nicely about the landlord and assured us that they would fix whatever needed before we move in. She was very friendly and engaged herself in conversation, making us felt valued. Thank you very much Elisha! When we met she said she just started working for BJB two weeks before. For us it seemed like she was doing the job for ages! Well mannered and a lovely person!
