Googlethis company has been truly amazing to deal with and the customer service from the Commercial team has been excellent. They have handled my account for my small business from initial signing to surrender of lease. They are reliable, professional and helpful beyond expectation and have assisted me with consistent levels of care, they are responsive to enquiries, prompt in addressing issues and offer excellent customer service all round, I cannot commend them highly enough, information is always timely and I felt in good hands throughout my contract, . Their service is transparent and they communicate clearly and politely at all times, it is evident that they care greatly about customer satisfaction . I would award the BJB commercial team at Festival Park 50 stars if I could.
