Constant calls, emails and text messages. This after inquiring about my house value. I ticked that I was just curious it calls at 9pm in the evening and on weekends and bank holidays is just ridiculous.After many months of calling and me not answering they should surely get the point? Yes I could block them but they seem to come through on different numbers.Take the hint

They offer an excellent, efficient service, and are very attentive and thorough. Top marks with communication and replying to emails and telephone calls promptly. I have recently sold a property through BJB Sandbach. They are professional as well as caring. From first meeting the valuer Mark, this was always going to be a good experience. BJB property management has to take accountability for the appropriate maintenance of all their property which I am disappointed to say that they have failed at and are so incompetent at. Sadly enough this sort of practice leads to business discontinuity as customers are left very dissatisfied.
