Luke, Amber and Marion have been friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process so far. We were amazed at the quality of the photos that Luke took of our house and very happy with the valuation he made on our property. The team are clearly extremely hard-working and know their stuff- they managed to get a sale agreed on our house within 3 days. They are very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Fingers crossed the rest of our move will go just as smoothly as the first part and when we hopefully get the keys to our dream home we will certainly have a lot to thank the Michael Poole team for! "I've looked into this with the management team and the number provided appeared to be out of service which is possibly why the team were unable to call you." Strange that other people were able to get through and Charlotte managed on Monday. It won't be a problem in the future as I have no trust or confidence in the Redcar Office and will not be looking to purchase any property marketed by you. I might have if people were honest.

Awful - maybe it's an industry standard

Made an offer on a property via the Redcar office, I was told the vendor had asked for two days to consider, this was only after I contacted them. Waited all day for a call, no call forthcoming so I withdrew the offer. 2 days later a message was left claiming they'd called on Saturday and asked me to call back. I called and no one answered. I wouldn't trust them to sell a property for me. Maybe they were hoping for a higher offer.

Unresponsive, unprofessional.

I have never worked with such an unresponsive realtor before. A rental property caught mine and a friend's eye as a potential to move in to together, and so we both separately registered interest and requested a viewing on their website. A week goes by, and I decide to give the office a call - how did I figure out which office to call? Well, that was of course hidden in the property brochure and nowhere on their website.The person I spoke to said the tenants hadn't left yet, but the video tour will be up by the end of the week - leave your e-mail and we'll let you know ASAP. I do, they don't. Another week goes by, another phone call. Another wait, but at the end of this week the video tour is published - no notification is sent to me whatsoever. It should be noted that the video tour showed an unfitted kitchen and unfurnished apartment - not what was advertised on the website.I call the next working day, asking "is this property still available" despite my doubts - if their customer support was like this when they should be reeling me in, how will they be when I need assistance? No, of course the property is not available. They sold it last week. Before they had even published the video tour.Why then, publish the video?tl;dr, after a month of back and forth trying to get any sort of clue, turns out they sold the property without telling me or anyone.I still haven't had a single e-mail!

Awful company, They need to learn how to communicate with prospective purchase. They don't read what you send and then keep you dangling for days to get a call back. Don't give you answers to questions. Twice this has happened. Obviously becoming the High Sherriff of County Durham means more to the owner than running the business.
