Experience with the Stockton team

The staff at the Stockton office were helpful and professional at all times. This was a difficult transaction at times but Lindsey especially could not have done more if she tried. We felt that she went above and beyond our expectations and we felt supported at all times. Many thanks to Lindsey and the Stockton team.

I would highly recommend Smith & Friends to anyone wishing to sell a property. The Stockton team are amazing and made what I had imagined would be a difficult task really easy. Lindsey Nicholson is fabulous and guided us through every step, updating us regularly and keeping the process moving.

Organised and professional

Owning a portfolio, I spread the management across three agencies. Smith & Friends is certainly organised and professional. The departments are very well structured and the customer service is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Top class Estate Agent

We have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it. As the house was empty we left everything to them including the viewings which made the whole process simple and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Smith & Friends to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their house. Top class, friendly and knowledgeable service from a very experienced estate agency. Thanks again! NT
